Last night a tragedy happened in Aurora, CO. A senseless and terrible act took place at a seemingly normal midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises. Inexcusable, tragic and sinister. Period.
This story is outside our normal realm, but we have become bigs fans of Twitter here at TCS. It is an amazing tool for disseminating information. That includes live tweeting breaking news and events – the Osama raid, plane landing in the Hudson et al. - as they happen. In light of the tragedy that took place last night we wanted to see from curiosity sake what was out there as far as #livetweets. We are hardly a news source – hence Google News turned down our application – and are not trying to report facts, but we have collected – what we could find – a number of rather sobering tweets from around the Town Center Mall last night … (Note; We keep getting a hold of more, so stay tuned.)
